Democritus team members have experience in a number of project design methodologies, including Logical Framework Analysis, the Systems Analysis Approach and Path Analysis. A number of Democritus team members have contributed to the development of programmes funded by major International Aid Agencies over the years. An added advantage is that several team members have previously worked in the NGO (Non-Governmental Organisation) sector: we therefore have an excellent understanding of development planning and implementation from both NGO and donor agency perspectives. Several Democritus team members have contributed widely to policy development in a number of areas and are viewed as senior specialists in their area of expertise.
